Amy was persistent with potential buyers and gave us realistic advice as we made any price adjustments, etc…ultimately we got a very fair offer, Amy managed the negotiations effectively and we sold our home in the off-season at a normally very tough/slow time of the year.
Amy was also extremely helpful in our search for a new home. She took time to understand the type of home we were looking for, the “must-haves” and the “wants” and sorted through all the homes available in the market we were interested in…Never over-bearing, but always honest and valuable insight! We never got the feeling that she was working for a commission, she just wanted to see us find the home of our dreams.
Amy not only was professional, but her “personal” side shone through at all times and made this a very pleasant experience for my wife and I. In fact, my daughter made a comment after we sold our house saying sadly “Does this mean we don’t get to see Amy again!?” What more could you say about Amy then hearing it directly from the mouth of a 7-year old!!!
